		<description>I have never honored the guidelines, either for agents or publishers, especially before i had a solid agent.  Why should any writer?  They&#039;re meant to handcuff you in an already too tough game.  if after receiving good news from the first house or agent, and a second says yes as well, you can deal with that happy problem when it comes- after you pat yourself on the back for doing a good writing job.
screw the guidelines! I never heard of any editor or agent apologizing for taking too long to read and respond. -Paul Volponi</description>
